PITTSBURG, Kan. — Just over on hour into this year’s Back2School Event 2025, hosted by Victory Life Church at Lincoln Park, a torrential downpour sent attendees scattering to their vehicles, underneath a pavilion, or into the cool confines of the Lincoln Center. Despite the rainstorm, those in attendance in the early portion of this year’s event were able to participate in the festivities. Back2School has been held for nearly two decades, offering a multitude of events for kids such as free swimming at the Pittsburg Aquatic Center, free Kiddieland rides, free food, and much more.
