PITTSBURG, Kan. — Rebeccah Silence, author of “Coming Back to Life: A Roadmap to Healing from Pain to Create the Life You Want,” and her publisher Health Communications Inc. (HCI) recently donated copies of the book to Pittsburg’s Safehouse Crisis Center. A survivor of cancer while pregnant, childhood sexual abuse and domestic abuse, Silence has known enormous suffering, but she learned to defeat her emotional pain to live free and happy, HCI said in a press release. As a certified emotional healing and relationship coach, Silence offers opportunities for “true breakthroughs” for anyone struggling to overcome pain patterns stemming from unhealed past experiences in the new book, which was published in October, the release said.
