ARMA, Kan. — From hirings to contract discussions to ordinances, the Arma City Council tackled a number of items Monday night at its regular meeting. In addition to handling those items, the council received an Arma Police Department update from Chief John Austin. Austin shared his monthly report for August, a busy month for the local police department.
