ARMA, Kan. — The Arma City Council unanimously approved a water rate increase Monday night. After a viewing of various percentage rates along with its potential increases, councilman Richard Kerley noted his agreement with the 2.5 percent increase to the water rates. Councilwoman Carma Burns added that assistant city clerk Vanessa Kent compiled the prices for the various increases by using her water bill.
