PITTSBURG, Kan. — Installing a child’s car seat correctly can be challenging. With safety in mind, numerous local agencies collaborated to offer a free car seat check on Monday. Throughout late Monday morning and early afternoon, the Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK), Crawford County Health Department (CCHD), and Pittsburg Police Department (PPD) partnered to hold the drive-thru car seat check at the CCHD on Atkinson St.
