Brosnahan, former superintendent of schools at Mulberry against four members of the Mulberry school board and three other Mulberry residents. The suit is another step in the Mulberry's “school row,” which last year culminated in the trial of Brosnahan on a charge of assault with intent to kill. Forty-seven expert fire hazard examiners were in Pittsburg today conducting a survey of the business district for a Chamber of Commerce effort to get rid of fire hazards.
