Tindal, patrolman, was arrested at 7 o'clock last night on a charge of first degree murder. growing out of the fatal shooting of Samuel C. Lyle, jr., nineteen years old, shortly after midnight Friday night while Lyle was at-tempting to escape following his arrest. The complaint on which Patrolman Tindal arrested was signed by Samuel Lyle, sr., the youth's father, who requested County Attorney Ray R. Preyer to draw up the complaint.
