Dellinger, head of the biology department of the Teachers College, in recent research. Dr. Dellinger has received widespread recognition among his colleagues for this through Outlines of General Zoology, a recent text on the subject, written by Dr. Horatio Hackett Newman of the University of Chicago, who gives Dr. Dellinger credit. Pittsburg's police department broke its own and several other records during August with 295 arrests in 29 days, of which 216 were for infringements of traffic ordinances, including 134 for driving with only one light burning at night.
