Lucinda Katherine Fryer, 63, of Pittsburg, Kansas, went to be with the Lord at 11:47 a.m., Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at her home. She was born November 10, 1959 in Independence, Kansas, the daughter of Bryan Leon and Katherine Lucine (Lombard) Wise.She graduated from Dighton High School in 1977. Lucinda graduated in 1983 from Oklahoma Baptist College and Institute in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma in Music Education, and then received her Bachelor's Degree in Child Psychology from Tennessee Temple University.
