GIRARD, Kan. — Representatives for the City of Arma reappeared before the Crawford County Commission on Friday to report an agreement between the city and the Sheriff’s Office that allows the Arma Police Department to resume patrols along a stretch of U.S. 69 that passes through town but is not officially part of the town.
