PITTSBURG, Kan. — As the Pittsburg ArtWalk gears up to celebrate its 20th year from 3 to 9 p.m. Sept. 19, nearly 100 artists, vendors and organization are participating, and the Pittsburg Arts Council is estimating the event will draw more than 10,000 attendees.
