PITTSBURG, Kan. — The Pittsburg City Commission Tuesday night marked the return of Mayor Chuck Munsell as he continues his recovery from a freak accident several weeks ago. SEK-CAP Director Jamey Whitney and Transportation Director Scott Christiansen came before the commission to ask for a letter of support to continue providing public transportation in the City of Pittsburg.
