PITTSBURG, Kan. — Following years of planning and construction, Pittsburg’s first gated community has opened its gates to active adults from across the Southeast Kansas area and the country. The Villas at Creekside, located on the 1700 block of East 4th Street, is set on more than 40 acres of land, offering a safe, welcoming, exclusive environment for active adults. The development originally began in 2021 as an idea to offer a cozy, gated community within Pittsburg.
