Store decorations have been up for weeks, along with carols playing to entice you to start your frenzy of holiday shopping. For me, though, the official Christmas season begins on Saturday with the 73rd Annual Kiwanis Pancake Feed. I can’t start preparing for Christmas until I’m stuffed with their delicious pancakes and sausages and since there will be holiday events at the library the following week, it’s a good thing I’ll be ready.
