GIRARD, Kan. — Harrigans’ Barn, a beloved venue for community events and vintage shopping, is set to make its much-anticipated return to the Girard area from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 12, located just north of Red Wutke Ballpark.
