Harrigans’ Barn welcomes fall

GIRARD, Kan. —  For the many shoppers who flocked to the Girard area over the weekend, autumn officially began at the Harrigans' Barn Fall Market, a regional showcase that brought together small businesses and local organizations from every corner of the Four-State area.
