PITTSBURG, Kan. — During this election cycle, only one race will be decided at Tuesday’s primary. As there are no Democratic candidates, Tuesday’s winner will be the next county commissioner representing District 1. That seat has been held by Bruce Blair for the past eight years. He is being challenged by political newcomers Paul Totman and Bryan Hanson.
