Five adults arrested on drug charges

PITTSBURG, Kan. — Following the execution of a narcotics-related search warrant at 2208 W. Quincy in Pittsburg by Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and the Kansas Bureau of Investigation’s High Risk Warrant Team, five adults were arrested on multiple charges.

During the search, 39-year-old Timothy Lee Koehn was believed to be in a camper on the property. Koehn was given multiple commands from law enforcement on scene to exit the camper, but he refused, according to CCSO. A police K-9 was deployed into the camper, and Koehn was taken into custody shortly after. Koehn was treated by Crawford County EMS at the scene and was medically cleared.

Four other adults were located at the residence and were detained without incident. A child who was in the residence was taken to a family member. A search of the residence, camper, vehicles and outbuildings was conducted.

46-year-old Curtis Lee Demaranvilleis was charged with two counts of aggravated endangering of a child, distribution of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of felony drug paraphernalia, and possession of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

30-year-old Kassandra Kayjami Demaranville was charged with two counts of aggravated endangering of a child, possession of methamphetamine, possession of felony drug paraphernalia, and possession of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

29-year-old Hannah Rochelle Rueda was charged with possession of methamphetamine, and possession of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

23-year-old Raden Reann Stone was charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

39-year-old Timothy Lee Koehn was charged with a Kansas Department of Corrections Warrant, felony interference with law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of misdemeanor drug paraphernalia.

All individuals are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
