PITTSBURG, Kan. — A final autopsy report has concluded that the death of 27-year-old Tokumatsu Platt, of Pittsburg was self-inflicted, according to a Pittsburg Police news release. Platt was found dead inside the fenced area, which surrounded a cell tower, at 107 E. 1st Street shortly after 7 a.m. April 16. Based on the examination findings and investigative information, Platt died from injuries sustained after an apparent fall from the cell tower, according to the release.
