PITTSBURG, Kan. — The Crawford County Democratic Party met for a picnic in Lincoln Park on Saturday afternoon to discuss the upcoming elections in November. Guest speakers Michael Fienen, a candidate for the USD 250 school board, and Jeanna Repass, Chair of the Kansas Democratic Party, each gave a few remarks encouraging community engagement and voter registration. “The good thing about local politics is it doesn’t take much to move the needle,” said Crawford County Party Chair Dr. Emily Walters.
