GIRARD, Kan. — Crawford County Commissioners on Friday heard a proposal from RenoDry USA to address water damage in the basement of the county courthouse. The century-old building has a few cracks in its foundation, and when coupled with recent heavy rains, puddles of standing water are left in the basement. The years have taken a toll, and the building’s structural integrity is suffering the long-term effects of its age.
