GIRARD, Kan. — Explore Crawford County Director Sarah Runyon, along with Pittsburg City Manager Daron Hall and resident Joe Dellasega, approached the county commissioners with a request to reallocate $300,000 of ECC’s reserve funds to support efforts to improve the Don Gutteridge Sports Complex in Pittsburg.
