PITTSBURG, Kan. — Throughout December, the City of Pittsburg is collaborating with Root Coffeehouse to celebrate and showcase the creativity of its employees — the “City Photogs.” Twenty-four city staff, from a variety of city departments, submitted their images to be displayed at Root in this month-long exhibit. With “Seasonality” as the theme, the exhibit is a celebration of the four seasons, and includes images that aim to capture the beauty of spring, summer, fall, and winter. The photos displayed are all original works and were taken using a variety of methods, from personal phones to professional photography equipment, and all photos were printed locally by MPIX.
