ARMA, Kan. — The Arma City Council is planning to make repairs to the restrooms at J.P. Cleland Ballpark through June, following approval at Monday’s meeting. In previous meetings, the council has discussed the repairs, ultimately asking city superintendent Austin Spragg to seek additional bids after receiving one at the last meeting. Closing the comments, the council approved Kim Coates to conduct the renovation with an amount not exceeding $15,000.
