ARMA, Kan. — Severe thunderstorms drenched Arma City Council members and city representatives while entering the Arma City Hall for Monday’s regular meeting, but that did not stop the council from tackling its agenda. “Let’s get this boat floating,” said mayor Rob Lessen prior to the meeting’s start. As one of the topics in the meeting, Lessen reported to the council that a couple of members of Arma United Methodist Church approached him in regard to starting a youth event.
