ARMA, Kan. — A local resident is one step closer to building the dream home for her parents. Angela Meyer, of Meyer Family Enterprises LLC., visited the Arma City Council Monday evening to discuss the potential of acquiring two lots of land from the city’s land bank to build a home for her parents at the corner of Walnut St. and 4th St. in the southern part of the city. “It’s been vacant for a couple of years from what I can tell from the parcel search,” she said.
