PITTSBURG, Kan. — The St. Mary’s Colgan Family & Consumer Sciences classroom is undergoing a transformation! New courses offered this year include: Career & Life Planning, Lifespan Development, Foods & Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Personal Finance, and Family Studies. The 1960 high school building featured a Home Economics classroom lab (see photo below), initially taught under the direction of Sister M. Sara.
