Veterans’ Day events scheduled across the county

PITTSBURG, Kan. — Veterans’ Day is next weekend and communities and schools across the county are scheduling activities and remembrances. Two of the bigger events are posted by Pittsburg State with a ceremony at the Veterans’ Memorial and Operation Game Day. On Friday, November 10, Pittsburg State ROTC will host the annual ceremony at the Veterans’ Memorial at 1909 S. Rouse.
