PITTSBURG, Kan. — Outside the Wire hosted its third annual veterans retreat over the weekend at the Honey Pot in Pittsburg. Old soldiers, sailors, airmen, and Marines gathered for three days of fishing, feasting, and friendship. Many had served in Iraq with Dr. Carol Meza, the founder of Outside the Wire (OtW).
