NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan 23, 2026-- LuminArx Capital Management (“LuminArx”) today announced a new lending partnership with SkyWorks Holdings, LLC (“SkyWorks”) to launch SkyLight Aero Finance Holdings DAC (“SkyLight”), a dedicated platform providing secured debt solutions to the global commercial aviation market. SkyLight will initially seek to underwrite up to $1 billion of loans and finance leases secured by commercial aircraft and engines. The partnership combines SkyWorks’ deep knowledge of the airline industry, aircraft asset management and technical experience across the aircraft lifecycle, together with LuminArx’s expertise in flexible, creative capital solutions, to provide a disciplined and scalable lending platform.
