Girard volleyball split its matches Thursday night with host Fort Scott and fellow guest Louisburg. Fresh off a loss to Louisburg, Girard rebounded with a 2-1 win (25-14, 10-25, 25-22) over the Tigers. Maddie Coester led Girard with 11 kills, Averie Bennett finished with five and Megan Bennett added four.
