With the holidays behind us, we’ve entered the time of year when many of us begin to realize we may have bitten off more than we can chew with our newly declared New Year’s resolutions. Luckily for anyone whose goals for 2023 include giving more to charity or supporting worthy causes, though, there will be several opportunities next week to follow through on those pledges to give back. Next week’s events range from a free movie screening aimed at raising awareness about an important issue to a formal gala complete with live music, a silent auction, and a $175 entry fee.
