Raymond Lee Hamblin, 81, of Franklin, KS, passed away on June 08, 2025, at his home in Franklin, Kansas. Raymond was born on Sept. 13, 1943, to Leslie LeRoy and Raydell Ellen (DeWitt) Hamblin in Columbus, Kansas. He graduated from Weir High School in 1961.
