Michael Devlin, born Feb. 9, 1946, in Pittsburg, Kansas, died Feb. 14 2025 while on hospice care. He graduated from College High in 1964, Kansas State College in 1968, and served as a military policeman during the Vietnam War in the Army at West Point. Condolences made at rumsey-yost.com.
