Connie Lynn Usery, 65, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, July 12, 2023, due to a long battle recovering from Whipple surgery to remove a rare non-malignant pancreatic tumor. She received great care and support from many experienced and generous doctors, nurses and rehab staff. Connie was born April 8, 1958, in Winfield, Kansas, the daughter of Loren W. (died 2003) and JoAnn (Keely) Kemp.
