Charlotte Boyer, 92, of Frontenac, KS, passed away at 9:41 a.m. on Nov. 14, 2025, following complications from kidney failure. Charlotte was born April 23, 1933, the daughter of Charles and Dorothy Mae (Ramsey) Smirl. She was a lifelong resident of the area.
