FRONTENAC, Kan. — Demolition began on the old municipal court building on Monday morning. According to the general contractor Tri-State Construction, demo was not to start until Wednesday, but the subcontractor said he had nothing else going, so decided to start early. Library Director Seth Nutt said the site will be cleared and fenced off for the upcoming Mining Days celebrations from June 6 to June 9.
