PITTSBURG, Kan. — Four years ago, Gentry Warren was a new artist in Pittsburg looking for opportunities to showcase his work and get involved in the community. While chatting with The Doggie Bag Manager Victoria Shanks during the Pittsburg ArtWalk event, the duo came up with an idea that would highlight artists and also benefit the SEK Humane Society.
