GIRARD, Kan. — Crawford County resident Tim Viets asked the county commissioners what the next steps are regarding the comprehensive plan now that the survey is closed. Specifically, Viets wanted to know when the commission will make a decision regarding wind and solar power. The commissioners set no date for a decision, saying they want time to review the results of the survey.
