The ever-popular Wacky Wednesdays children’s series returned to the Crawford County Historical Museum on Wednesday, which runs every Wednesday until June 26, offering many activities for kids in preschool through sixth grade. This week, area kids joined the Oceanus Hopkins Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Little Balkans chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution to view its traveling exhibit while also creating crafts. Next week, from 11:15 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., the theme is “Little Museum on the Prairie,” featuring hand-dipped candle making, apple juice making, butter churning, corn shelling, and clothes washing.
