PITTSBURG, Kan. — The Kansas Department of Health and Environment (KDHE) has issued a stream advisory for two creeks in Crawford County. On Thursday, KDHE issued the advisory for Cow Creek, which is a tributary located on the south end of Pittsburg and Hwy. 160, as well as Spring River to Empire Lake.
