PITTSBURG, Kan. — A first-of-its-kind event is making its way to Four Oaks Golf Course in Pittsburg this weekend. The SEK Humane Society (SEKHS) plans to hold the first-ever “Par Fore Pets Benefit Golf Tournament” on Saturday to raise funds for its shelter. Scheduled to tee off at 8 a.m., the two-person scramble’s pre-registration begins at 7 a.m. on Saturday with flights based on entries, costing $50 per player with a golf cart and onsite lunch with a drink included.
