GIRARD, Kan. — At the end of February, SEKCAP announced a partnership with Point Forward to provide childcare services at Washington School in Pittsburg. Point Forward has been renovating the school with the funds provided by the county through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). SEKCAP was also allotted funds to provide similar services in Girard.
