TOPEKA, Kan. — Washburn University is recently announced its President's List honorees for the spring 2023 semester. Among the students listed was Andrew O'Doherty, of Pittsburg. Other students from the Southeast Kansas area who made the list were Emma Humble, of Fort Scott; Kenady Poyner, of Fort Scott; and Barbara Baughn, of Chanute.
