PITTSBURG, Kan. — For the past several years, members of Pittsburg State University’s Society of Architectual Woodworking Club (SAW Club) have taken time out of their busy school schedules to get together two or three nights a week throughout the fall semester to create model cars or trucks, and then donate them to Toys for Tots. This year, the club was able to donate 95 roadsters to the charity. The SAW Club started making toys to donate to Toys for Tots five years ago.
