MULBERRY, Kan. — From 1976 to 2013, The Rockin’ K restaurant, located at 999 E. 620th Avenue outside Mulberry, was a staple steakhouse in Southeast Kansas. Now, Herminia and Miguel Fernandez are helping people make new memories inside the building, which was closed for many years.
