PITTSBURG, Kan. — The Pritchett Trust grant reception was held Thursday afternoon at the BMO Bank in Pittsburg. Awardees representing schools, hospitals, museums, churches, and children gathered to celebrate the dispersal of $508,509 to various projects that will ultimately enrich and benefit Crawford County communities. According to Frances Mitchelson, chairperson of the Grant Committee, competition for funding is tight.
