Pittsburg Noon Rotary rewards scholarships

PITTSBURG, Kan. — The Pittsburg Noon Rotary Club awarded six lucky, hard-working high school and college students scholarships during its weekly meeting on Tuesday. For the high school kids, soon to be entering college, the Pittsburg Noon Rotary Club provided four $1,000 scholarships to students at Pittsburg and St. Mary’s Colgan High Schools. The scholarship is designated for area students choosing to attend college at Pittsburg State University and will be applied to the students’ accounts to help with tuition, fees, or costs associated with attendance at PSU.
