PITTSBURG, Kan. — Just in time for spooky season, Pittsburg Ballet will present The Sleeping Beauty this weekend. Since the studio focuses more on classical European-style ballet, the Sleeping Beauty performance will feature all the original choreography from Marius Petipa. The Sleeping Beauty was first performed in 1890 at the Mariinsky Theatre in St. Petersburg, Russia.
