PITTSBURG, Kan. — Kim Lingle of MBL Development, based in Kansas City, met with city commissioners Tuesday night to answer questions about a new $24 million project on Bradshaw Way, east of Mercy Hospital on Centennial / E 530th Street. Lingle met with the Economic Development Advisory Council in March and was recommended to the commission for approval. Dubbed Villas at Wellington Springs, Lingle described the development for “independent” not “assisted” living for seniors over 62.
